Michael Sandman received a bachelor’s degree from The American University in Washington, D.C. and earned his J.D. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He started the firm in 1986 and has accumulated extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Sandman is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Real Property Section on the NC Bar.

Margaret Murphy is a graduate of Southern College in Collegedale, Tennessee and holds a J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. She is a member of the Real Estate Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Wake County Bar Association and the Academy of Trial Lawyers. Ms. Murphy joined the firm in 2000, has been a partner since 2007 and currently handles residential real estate transactions.
